2. Right of withdrawal for EU consumers (distance selling)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union and your purchase is a distance contract, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after you physically receive the goods without giving a reason, in line with Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in Finland and your country of residence.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier acquires, physical possession of the goods. If your order splits into multiple shipments, the period may start when the last item arrives—confirm details in your order documentation.
3. Exceptions and hygiene-sensitive products
Legal exceptions may apply where goods are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery, making them unsuitable for return. Food supplements often fall under careful assessment. If you open sealed inner packaging, your right to withdraw may be limited under applicable law.

4. How to withdraw
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example, email) before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

5. Return shipment and costs
Unless we offer a prepaid label, you must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal, unless we agree otherwise.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear those costs or mandatory law in your country requires otherwise. Use a trackable service and retain proof of posting.
Goods must be returned with outer packaging where reasonable, including batch codes and labels, so we can verify the item matches your order.
6. Refunds after withdrawal
If you validly withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs at the standard rate (if you paid extra for expedited shipping, only the basic delivery cost is reimbursed where required by law), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from when we receive the goods back or from when you supply evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of dispatch, whichever occurs first. Refunds use the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.
We may reduce the refund to reflect diminished value if handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods has occurred, where permitted by law.
7. Defective or non-conforming goods
Consumer statutory rights regarding defective products exist in addition to the withdrawal right. If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect shipment, contact us with photographs and batch details. Do not dispose of packaging until we advise.
8. Non-EU customers
If you order from outside the EU, return and customs rules may differ. Shipping charges, duties, and taxes may apply on returns. Contact us before sending goods internationally so we can provide instructions.
