Customer: a natural person or organisation placing an order or using the website in accordance with these Terms.
Product: SustainaVive food supplement and related items listed on the site from time to time.
Website: khiphloxjrax.world and associated pages controlled by the Seller.
2. Acceptance and changes
By placing an order, submitting a form, or continuing to use the website after notice of updates, you agree to these Terms and the documents they reference, including the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Return Policy.
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or product changes. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes to terms affecting existing orders will be handled in line with applicable consumer law. Continued use after notice may constitute acceptance where permitted.
3. Product information and availability
Descriptions, photographs, ingredient lists, and suggested use are for general information. Minor packaging differences may occur when suppliers update print files. If an error materially affects price or essential characteristics, we will contact you before dispatch.
Food supplements are not medicines. They are intended to supplement the diet and should not replace balanced meals or professional advice where needed.
Stock availability is shown as accurately as practical. If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will inform you and offer a reasonable alternative or cancellation with refund of any amount paid for the unavailable item.
4. Orders and contract formation
Product listings are invitations to treat. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order by email or another durable medium, unless we notify you that we cannot fulfil it.
You must provide accurate contact and delivery details. You are responsible for reviewing confirmation messages and informing us promptly of discrepancies.

Claims should be made within a reasonable time after you discover or should have discovered the defect, in line with mandatory rules.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law forbids limitation.
Subject to the preceding sentence, our total liability arising from any single order is limited to the amount paid for that order unless mandatory law requires a higher amount for specific claims.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses except where such limitation is not allowed. We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events outside reasonable control, including transport disruptions, strikes, or failures of utilities or telecommunications.
10. Intellectual property

Mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence remain unaffected where they cannot be waived.
13. Governing law and venue
For consumers, mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence may apply in addition to Finnish law where required. Otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would refer to another jurisdiction, except where EU regulations determine jurisdiction for consumers.
Finnish consumer protection rules, including provisions aligned with the Consumer Protection Act (kuluttajansuojalaki) where applicable to distance contracts and marketing, may provide rights that cannot be waived by these Terms. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted.
